Two New Ranger Abilities

For those Rangers wishing to scale and enhance Mark Quarry

Adjust Aim if you miss a target with Mark Quarry applying then your next attack on them is at edge.

Annihilate Quarry (minimum level 10) if your quarry using Mark Quarry is bloodied, it becomes vulnerable to all weapon damage.
