Rebuilt Ranger

We have corrected and updated the Ranger class and a number of abilities including Mark Quarry (formerly Hunters Mark) and a number of abilities that enhance it. The damage is slightly nerfed, that is because the old version applied only to deadly damage and hadn't been updated. The ability that enhances its damage dice now scales with level. One additional ability to Paladins too.

We have also corrected a few snafus in the combat chapter which has also necessitated a revised player ref sheet and Example Characters. We have made focus point advancement consisent too. You only need to download new copies of the Adventurers Guide (use coupon Playtest_free), Example Characters and the Player Ref Sheet (always free).
