Move Actions Clarifications

Testing revealed need to change some move actions as a result of the all move together then act rule change because some previous actions were needed prior to moving such as standing up or dismounting a horse, these are no half speed allowence.

Also note that simple actions like opening a door are free actions.

Also not you can defer a move action so you could for example say ill disengage after my strike action
