Clarification of Dying and Exhaustion

Changes made to the adventurers' guide.

On dying makes clear that additional persistent damage such as rot, bleeding and acid damage can cause bleeding out. This means you can be 'dying' and standing.

Clarified that for adventure challenges you can spend a focus point to roll at edge. Which means you can become exhausted if focus point fall to zero. You still cannot die from exhaustion during a chase unlike one game I could mention.
