Breaks Fix

Fixed breaks being cost free, if you take a break after an encounter when you had a rest right before that encounter now cost one indulgence point. Also fixed an inconsitency between recovery amounts between starter set and main game.


Finally introduced a pressing on mechancic to discourage frequent rests. When in danger you recover one focus point per honour of real time play.
